When the app launches on iOS and Android, registration will simply require your mobile number, standard identity verification, and creating your secure access PIN.

Instead of switching between a messaging app and a banking application, PayChat embeds payments right into the chat thread. When you agree on an amount, tap Send or Request, confirm the details, and an illustrative payment card lands cleanly in the conversation with real-time status updates.

With PayChat Split, you can initiate a shared bill inside any group or direct conversation. Enter the total amount, select participants, and each person receives their individual share breakdown. You can easily view who has settled their portion and what balance remains without awkward follow-up chats.

AURA is PayChat's signature personal progression system. It is earned by showing up and using the app consistently—never by how much money you move or account balance size. As you maintain streaks, settle split bills responsibly, and track expenses, your AURA grows from a subtle Level 1 Ping ring into a vibrant, multi-layered halo.

Streaks encourage positive financial habits over time. By checking your balances, categorising daily expenses, and addressing reminders consistently, you accumulate streak days that feed directly into your AURA growth and level progression.

The 'Discover' feature in CHAT. PAY. DISCOVER. allows users to search verified businesses in their community. You can browse menus or product catalogues, start a direct customer chat, and pay without needing separate payment links or switching apps.

Security is foundational to PayChat. We employ multi-factor authentication, end-to-end transport encryption, biometric access (Face ID / Fingerprint), and automated anomaly alerts. Never share your security PIN, OTP codes, or passwords with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent PayChat support.
